How to use Google Analytics Goals to Track Squarespace Landing Page Conversion Rates

If you are reading this post, I bet that you have created a great Freebie or Product and you are wanting to know whether your landing page is converting. It’s possible that you are interested in A/B Testing your landing page or just wanting to know whether people are actually signing up.

Sure, you can look at landing page views and subscribers and calculate this yourself. Or, you can use Google Analytics to tell you this information quickly and efficiently.

Now, before I jump in I do want to warn you that this is different than testing whether your ads are converting. The best way to do that is by using Google Analytics Campaigns. However, that uses UTM parameters which we do not have on regular pages.
