Using Email Templates in Honeybook

Call me a nerd but I LOVE efficient business processes. Anything that can make my client processes quick, painless, and organised is well worth every penny.

In a previous blog post I showed you how to use Honeybook to set up a system on your Squarespace Website where a client can easily fill out a form and schedule an appointment without you lifting a finger.

But once a client has booked a session, how can you quickly send them all the information they need to prepare and attend your appointment? The best client process should provide them all the information they need in an easy to follow, professional manner.

So today I am going to show you how I easily email back and forth with the clients in an efficient, organised manner using email templates in Honeybook.

Step 1: Build Your Booking Process

The first step is to build the contact and booking system outlined in my previous post here.

Step 2: Build Your Email Templates

The next step is to go to Honeybook’s Template Tool and build out the emails you regularly send to your clients. For example, you may have a welcome email to inform them you received their appointment information. You may then want to send them a contract, invoice, information on how to attend your session, etc.

Step 3: Use the Email Templates to Email Clients

Once a client uses your contact and book system, Honeybook will automatically create a project. You can then go into their project and use the email templates to send them the information they need to be confident and prepared for your session.

Hurray, you have successfully booked a client and emailed them using an efficient, organized, and professional business process!
